LGBTIQ Advocacy Award Committee

About the Committee

LGBTIQ Advocacy Award Committee is ideally comprised of two (2) of each of the following:

  • Staff
  • Faculty
  • Undergraduate students
  • Graduate/professional students.

Committee members will review nomination forms and select the LGBTIQ Advocacy Award recipients (one graduate/professional student winner and one undergraduate student winner) based on preset criteria. Awards will be presented to one graduating undergraduate and one graduating graduate/professional student.


Expectations of Committee Members:

  • Must be connected with campus-based LGBTIQA communities
  • Must be able to attend 2 meetings (one in March and one in April)
  • Must not be a December 2017 or May 2018 graduate
