March 5 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm

The way you present yourself is part of your teaching identity—and as a graduate student, now is a great time to think through what that means in practice.  Join Dr. Lauren Easterling for this in-person interactive workshop that will explore strategies to overcome challenges and seize opportunities associated with teaching while queer.

Dr. Lauren Easterling is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Anatomy, Cell Biology and Physiology at Indiana University’s School of Medicine. She also serves as the Director of Trainee Services in the Grad Division at IU. Her work focuses on teaching development in the sciences and examining the best ways to support LGBTQ+ trainees.
